1. About AMAN

AMAN Peace Wear (“AMAN,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is operated by Samsara Couture House Inc., based in Ontario, Canada. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

These terms govern purchases from our website. Please read them alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen.

Hand embroidery and embellishment may vary slightly between pieces. These variations reflect the handmade process and do not affect your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

Please review product measurements, materials and care instructions before purchasing.

3. Prices and payment

The currency applicable to your purchase is displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before you complete your order.

Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion or international transaction fees.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter an order already accepted.

4. Orders and cancellations

Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. You will receive an email acknowledging your order.

If an item is unavailable, a material pricing error occurs or we reasonably suspect fraud, we will contact you before proceeding. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will cancel it and refund any payment collected for the cancelled items.

To request a change or cancellation, email us promptly. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped. This does not limit any statutory cancellation rights.

5. Shipping and international charges

Shipping arrangements, processing times and delivery information are explained in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If your order is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

International duties, import taxes and carrier clearance fees not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility, subject to applicable law.

6. Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy explains return eligibility, deadlines and the refund process.

Customers pay return shipping for sizing, preference or change-of-mind returns. We cover necessary return shipping for confirmed defects or fulfilment errors.

Nothing in our policies limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
